Stay Strong For Ows

The Cardiff to Amsterdam cycle ride for the stay strong for Ows charity will be at H&D RUFC on Tues 7th June.

The Ex Wales and Cardiff Blues player broke his neck and the charity are raising money for his rehab. Cycling from Cardiff to Amsterdam. Arriving at rugby club at 6pm.

Blues players and ex Wales internationals will be taking part aswell as his family.

It will be great to have a lot of support from the club.

The cyclists will be having meal and drinks before getting ferry.
